【摘要】目的:总结腰椎间盘突出症保守治疗的护理经验。方法:回顾性总结和分析对156例腰椎间盘突出症患者,有保守治疗指征,进行保守治疗时,采取各种护理方法,包括心理、生活、卧床、腰椎牵引护理、针炙推拿护理、功能锻炼、中药热敷护理等对患者疾病康复的影响。结果:156例患者结果优86例,%;良32例,%;可28例,%;差10例,%,%。结论:对腰椎间盘突出症患者合理地实施个体化护理,能明显改善患者疼痛,提高生活质量,能达到防止椎间盘突出症复发的目的。

【Abstract】 Objective: to summarize the conservative treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation nursing experience. Methods: a retrospective summary and analysis to 156 cases of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation patients, a conservative treatment indications, conservative treatment, take all kinds of nursing methods, including psychological, life, bed, lumbar traction nursing, needle massage care, functional exercise char, TCM press care to patients recover from illness influence. Results: the results of 156 patients, accounting for optimal 86 patients %; Good, accounted for 32 cases of %; May 28 cases, accounting for ; Bad 10 cases, accounting for percent, with the total effective rate of %. Conclusion: the prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc patients reasonable implementation individual care, can significantly improve patients with pain, improve the quality of life, can achieve prevent disc herniation recurrent purpose.
本院于2005年至2010年收治腰椎间盘突出症156例,其中男93例,女63例,年龄30-40岁27例,40-50岁65例,50-60岁46例,60岁以上18例
