[摘要]目的探讨64层螺旋CT尿路造影(CTU)对泌尿系疾病的临床诊断价值。方法对46例泌尿系统病变病人行CT平扫和肾实质期及排泌期扫描,将原始资料传送至工作站进行图像后处理,获得MPR、MIP、CPR和VR图像。结果 46例中,诊断为肾盂输尿管癌10例,膀胱癌2例,重复肾盂输尿管畸形6例,输尿管良性狭窄20例,肾盂输尿管结石8例。35例经手术病理证实,11例经临床证实。结论 CTU具有扫描速度快,覆盖范围广,图像清晰,多角度三维显示等特点,对泌尿系疾病的诊断具有重要价值。

[ABSTRACT]ObjectiveTo assess the 64-slice CT urography (CTU) in the diagnosis of urologic disease. MethodsFor-ty-six patients with different urologic diseases underwent both CT plain scanning and kidney parenchymal phase enhanced scanning. The primitive data obtained were transferred to the workstation to get the MPR, MIP, CPR and VR images. ResultsTen pa-tients were diagnosed as having pyeloureteral ca
rcinoma, two bladder carcinoma, six pyeloureteral duplication deformity, 20 ureter-al stricture, and eight pyeloureteral stone. Of the 46 cases, 35 were confirmed by operation, and 11 were by the clinical manifesta-tions. ConclusionMulti-slice spiral CTU is very important in the diagnosis of urologic diseases with its advantages of fast scan-ning speed, broad covering, clear picture, and three-dimensional display.
