【摘要】目的观察Caveolin1在骨肉瘤中的分布和表达情况,分析Caveolin1在骨肉瘤临床诊断、治疗及预后评价中的意义。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测39 例骨肉瘤组和22 例良性骨肿瘤中Caveolin1的表达,镜下观察Caveolin1在肿瘤组织中的分布,应用自动图像分析检测Caveolin1的表达情况。结果 Caveolin1表达于所有标本的肿瘤微血管和小血管内皮上,Caveolin1表达于大多数骨肉瘤的肿瘤细胞,定位于细胞膜和胞浆,但在良性骨肿瘤中表达很微弱。Caveolin%,%,两组间具有显著性差异(P<),有统计学意义,表明Caveolin1在骨肉瘤中高表达。Caveolin1的表达与骨肉瘤肿瘤体积、病理分型和患者的性别无关(P>),与骨肉瘤的组织分化和是否转移有关(P<)。结论 Caveolin1在骨肉瘤中高表达原因不明,其可能是促进骨肉瘤发生发展的一个潜在因素,也可能作为骨肉瘤治疗的新靶点。

1 in a and analyse its significance in diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of Caveolin1 was detected by SP immunohistochemical method in 39 cases of a and 22 cases of benign bone tumor,the distribution of Caveolin1 in tumor tissues was observed under optical microscope,and the expression level of Caveolin1 was detected by autoimage Caveolin1 was strongly expressed in the endothelium of microvessels and small vessels in all cases,and mainly localized in the cell membranes and cytoplasm of the most atous tumor cells,Caveolin1 was expressed weakly in benign bone positive rate of Caveolin1 in a groups(%) was significantly higher than that in benign bone tumor(%)(P<).The expression of Caveolin1 was correlated with the metastasis of a and tumor tissue differentiation,but not associated with the patients′gender,tumor′size and the pathological The reason why the most atous tumorcells strongly expressed Caveolin1 was unknown;Caveolin1 is a potential factor during a growth and invasion;Caveolin1 may be a new target for atous therapy.
