【摘要】目的分析藏药沙棘的挥发油组分。方法采用超临界CO2萃取法从沙棘中提取挥发油,气相色谱质谱联用技术对其化学成分进行分析,并用归一化法确定各化学成分的相对百分含量。结果沙棘挥发油共提取、鉴定出14种化合物,%,%,%, %,%。%,%,%。结论了解了超临界提取的沙棘挥发性成分的组成,为沙棘的进一步开放利用奠定了基础。

Supercritical Carbon Dioxide Extraction of Essential Oil from Tibetan Medicine Hippophae rhamnoide and Analysis by GCMS
Abstract:ObjectiveTo analyse the ponents of essential oil from Hippophae rhamnoide. MethodsAfter supercritical fluid extraction, the volatile oil was separated by GC
MS and determined by normalization method. ponents from propoils by SFE were separated and identified. The pounds of volatile oil were 9,12Octadecadienoic acid %,9-octadecenoic acid %,hexadecanoic acid %,n-dotriacontanol %, octadecanoic acid %, hexadecenoic acid %, 9octadecenoic acid, methyl ester %, alphaLinolenic acid % etc. ConclusionThere are abundant of unsaturated fatty acid, saturated fatty acid in the essential oil extracted from Hippophae rhamnoide. This research established a good method for further studying medical application and developing of Hippophae rhamnoide.
