【摘要】目的分析藏药沙棘的挥发油组分。方法采用超临界CO2萃取法从沙棘中提取挥发油,气相色谱质谱联用技术对其化学成分进行分析,并用归一化法确定各化学成分的相对百分含量。结果沙棘挥发油共提取、鉴定出14种化合物,%,%,%, %,%。%,%,%。结论了解了超临界提取的沙棘挥发性成分的组成,为沙棘的进一步开放利用奠定了基础。

Supercritical Carbon Dioxide Extraction of Essential Oil from Tibetan Medicine Hippophae rhamnoide and Analysis by GCMS
Abstract:ObjectiveTo analyse the ponents of essential oil from Hippophae rhamnoide. MethodsAfter supercritical fluid extraction, the volatile oil was separated by GC
MS and determined by normalization method. ponents from propoils by SFE were separated and identified. The pounds of volatile oil were 9,12Octadecadienoic acid %,9-octadecenoic acid %,hexadecanoic acid %,n-dotriacontanol %, octadecanoic acid %, hexadecenoic acid %, 9octadecenoic acid, methyl ester %, alphaLinolenic acid % etc. ConclusionThere are abundant of unsaturated fatty acid, saturated fatty acid in the essential oil extracted from Hippophae rhamnoide. This research established a good method for further studying medical application and developing of Hippophae rhamnoide.
