【摘要】目的观察滋补肝肾法结合西药治疗帕金森病的临床疗效。方法将56例患者随机分为治疗组(29例)和对照组(27例),两组均常规使用西药治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用滋补肝肾中药。治疗2个月后观察患者的临床疗效及Webster和UPDRS 评分变化情况。结果两组Webster 和UPDRS 评分治疗后均较治疗前显著降低(P<);治疗后组间比较,治疗组Webster 和UPDRS 评分较对照组显著降低(P <)。%,%;治疗组UPDRS %,%,两组差异均有显著性(P<,P<)。结论滋补肝肾法治疗帕金森病有一定疗效。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of nourishing liver and kidney in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease. Methods Total 56 patients with Parkinson’s disease were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group in which 29 cases were treated by nourishing liver and kidney plus western medicine and control group in which 27 cases were treated by western medicine only.
