摘要:从花圃土和腐朽树皮中各筛选得到一株可以发酵木糖产生乙醇的菌株。/L。经过18S rDNA同源性的分析,菌株3鉴定为间型假丝酵母(Candida intermedia),而菌株621则为热带假丝酵母(Candida tropicalis)。对其发酵木糖、葡萄糖和混合糖的产物蒸馏后用气相色谱分析,主产物为乙醇,纯度高,副产物少。两菌株为下一步的菌种基因改造工作提供了研究基础。

Abstract : Two strains of yeast respectively isolated from garden soil and rotten cortex could effectively produce ethanol from xylose in g/L and g/L yield. Through 18S rDNA sequence analysis, one strain is characterized as Candida intermedia and the other strain No. 621 shows highly identical with Candida tropicalis. Results of Gas Chromatography analysis to the distilled products fermented from xylose, glucose or mixture of them,showed these two strains have high efficiency production of ethanol in all of them,which could be used inal strains for further genic alteration work.
