【摘要】目的利用响应面分析法(Response Surface Methodology)对枸杞多糖的提取工艺进行优化。方法在单因素实验基础上选取实验因素与水平,根据中心组合(Box-Benhnken)实验设计原理采用3因素水平的响应面分析法,依据回归分析确定各工艺条件的影响因子,以多糖提取率为响应值作响应面和等高线。结果在分析各个因素的显著性和交互作用后,得出枸杞多糖水浸提的最佳工艺条件为:料液比1∶32;浸提温度84℃;;浸提1次。结论在最佳工艺条件下,%。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the extraction technology of Lycium barbarum harides by response surface factors and levels were firstly selected by one factor tests. On the basis of the previous results and according to the posite experimental design principles,the method of Response Surface Method with 3 factors and 3 levels was the factors influencing the technological parameters were determined by means of regression surface and contour were finally graphed with the extraction rate as the response optimum conditions of Lycium barbarum
harides extraction were as follows:the ratio of material to solvent of 1∶32,extraction temperature of 84℃ and extraction time of h,one time yield of Lycium barbarum harides is % under the optimum conditions.

枸杞是多年生灌木,花紫、果红、枝繁叶茂,具有滋补肝肾、益精明目的功效[1]。枸杞子是我国传统中药,具有很高的药食两用价值。近年来,枸杞作为一种新兴的保健型食用植物在我国宁夏、新疆等地区进行了大面积种植,种植面积逐年增加。
