文档介绍：应用瓷贴面美容修复上切牙的临床疗效观察
【摘要】目的总结瓷贴面美容上切牙的临床疗效,评价该技术在牙科美容中的作用。方法 54例患者共计60颗上切牙切角小面积牙体缺损患牙,根据患牙缺损的大小进行牙体预备,要求牙体预备的范围达缺损区域以外约2 mm,常规制作IPSEmpress II瓷贴面,常规粘结。美容修复完成后随访2年,检查基牙与贴面边缘密合度、边缘着色、修复体颜色、解剖形态、有无修复体周围龋及修复体有无折裂。结果 2年内,60颗上切牙修复体各项检查指标均未发现异常情况,修复效果良好。结论瓷贴面修复体对上切牙的美容修复效果满意,可作为上切牙切角缺损首选的修复方法。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of porcelain laminate veneers in aesthetic dentistry by observing the clinical effect of porcelain laminate veneers in cosmetology for upper incisors. Methods 54 patients who had 60 upper incisors with small incisal angle defect were involved in this study. After reducing 2mm wider than the defect of every teeth,60 prepared IPSEmpress II veneers were made and luted with Variolink II adhesive system. During the period of 2 years after treatment,prosthodontic results were evaluated,including margin integrity,anatomic form,surface and color of the veneers. Results All of the 60 restorations of upper incisors were rated satisfac
torily during the period of 2 years’ observation. Conclusion The clinical effect of porcelain laminate veneer in upper incisors is satisfactory. It seems to be the preferred restorative procedure for upper incisors with incisal angle defect.
