【摘要】目的建立黄金咽喉片中甘草酸的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法测定甘草酸的含量。色谱柱为Dikma Kromasil C18柱(5μm,250 mm× mm);流动相甲醇 mol/L醋酸铵-冰醋酸(66∶34∶1); ml·min-1;检测波长252 nm;柱温40℃;进样量10 μl。~4 μg范围内具有良好的线性关系(r= 9),%,%(n=6)。~ mg/片。结论该方法简便、快速、有效、灵敏、准确、具有良好的重复性和回收率,可作为该制剂的定量分析方法。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo establish a method for the content determination of glycyrrhizic acid in Huangjing Yanhou content of glycyrrhizic acid was detected by HPLC. The separation was carried out on a Dikma Kromasil C18 column (5μm,250 mm× mm) . The mobile phase was methanol- ammonium acetate-glacialacetic acid(66
∶34∶1). The flow rate was ml·min-1. The dectetion wavelength was set at 252nm. The column temperature was 40℃ and the sample was 10 calibration curve showed good linearity over the range of ~4 μg(r=). The average recovery was % with RSD %(n=6). Each tablet contained Glycyrrhizic Acid ~ method was simple,rapid,efficient,sensitive,accurate and has good repeatability and recovery,it can be used as a quantitative analysis method for this preparation.
