和谐社会视野下的人民内部利益矛盾探析

摘要
利益问题是关系到人类生存与发展的根本性问题。自人类社会产生以来,利益矛盾一直
是人类社会关注的焦点所在。自党的十一届三中全会以来,中国社会通过改革引起从分配方
式、所有制结构、经济运行体制,到社会主体利益格局和人们的思维方式、价值观念等深层
次社会结构方面的急剧变化。人民内部矛盾和以往相比,更加突出和复杂,从内容到形式都
表现出一些新的情况和特点,利益矛盾已成为影响、制约、引发各类社会矛盾发展的主导性
矛盾。如何处理好、解决好这些利益矛盾,是摆在我们面前的首要任务,是构建社会主义和
谐社会的重要前提。构建和谐社会,最关键的也是要调整利益关系、协调利益矛盾。因此,
正确处理人民内部各种利益矛盾,是中国共产党促进社会和谐的关键环节和根本前提。
本文从马列经典作家的人民内部矛盾入手,以和谐社会为基础,分析了和谐社会视野下
的人民内部利益矛盾的表现、特点,并从生产力水平、经济体制、政治法制、思想价值观念、
社会心理失衡等方面揭示了人民内部利益矛盾产生的原因;最后提出了在和谐社会视野下应
建立适应社会发展的利益协调机制,包括有利益表达、利益引导、利益调节、利益补偿、利
益约束等机制去解决人民内部利益矛盾。

Abstract
Interest problem is related to human survival and development of the fundamental problems.
Since human society which has been, interest conflict has been the focus of attention in human
society. Since the third plenary session of the Chinese society since through reform will cause from
distribution mode, the ownership structure, economic operation system, to social main body benefit
pattern and people's way of thinking and value orientation deep social structure change sharply.
People's internal contradiction, compared with before, more prominent plex, from content
to form all shows some new situation and characteristic, interest conflict has e influence,
restriction, the cause of development of social contradictions leading contradiction. How to handle
and solve these benefits antinomy, is set before us, is the primary task of building socialist
harmonious society's important premise. To build a harmonious society, the key is to adjust the
interest relations, coordinating the interest contradiction. Therefore, dealing with the people's
internal contradiction, various kinds of interests is the munist party to promote
harmonious society key sectors and fundamental premise.
