摘要
“网络成瘾”是指在无成瘾物质作用下,个体无法控制自己的上网行为,并因长期
过度使用网络,从而产生的个体生理、心理、社会功能受损的状态。随着时代的发展,
网络已经成为高校大学生学习生活不可或缺的组成部分,网络已经渗透到大学生日常生
活的方方面面。从网络中,他们不断吸取各种营养,接触本学科最前沿的知识,了解最
新资讯,拓宽交往的范围,结识更多的朋友,网络的使用加速了大学生社会化的进程。
但是部分大学生对网络的过度使用,形成对网络的严重依赖,使其学习、生活和身心健
康受到了严重的影响,并由此产生了诸多严重的后果。网络成瘾及其负面影响已经引起
了高校乃至全社会的广泛关注。
论文采用问卷调查的方式,对陕西省部分高校大学生的网络使用、网络成瘾、心理
状况进行了抽样调查。根据本次调查结果,目前大学生网民中网络成瘾人数比例超过了
15%,其中轻度网络成瘾和中度网络成瘾大学生占据绝大多数。此外,网络成瘾大学生
与非网络成瘾大学生在网络使用、学习情况以及心理状态等方面存在着明显的差异。论
文结合调查结果和个别访谈的情况,进一步研究分析了网络成瘾对大学生的危害,并着
重从大学生心理视角阐述了网络成瘾的原因。在此研究的基础上,论文依据当前心理干
预相关的理论,对部分不同网络成瘾程度的大学生进行了心理干预实验,记录了网络成
瘾大学生干预前后的不同表现,并结合个案的研究,共同验证了心理干预在治疗网瘾方
面的可行性。
本论文研究将有助于提高高校对大学生网络成瘾的认识和重视程度,有利于完善大
学生网络成瘾干预调控体系,对于提高网络成瘾大学生心理健康水平,促进大学生的全
面发展有着积极意义。
