摘要
本论文首先通过说明中国法治文化不足的状况,引出特定范围——高校法治
文化建设的问题,然后通过高校法治问题的国内外研究状况,得出本文研究高校
法治文化建设的目的和意义。
正文共分四个部分,第一部分为高校法治文化及其建设内涵的探索。首先对
法治文化进行中外综述,进一步阐述高校法治文化的内涵,最后得出我国高校法
治文化建设的内涵。
第二部分讲述的是关于高校法治文化建设内容方面问题。首先阐述了高校法
治文化中应蕴含的几个理念,然后对高校法治文化建设的对象进行了逐个介绍。
最后论述了法治文化的载体形式,使对高校法治文化建设有直观的印象。
第三部分主要就我国高校法治文化建设问题进行了探讨,紧接着对其问题进
行了深一层次地成因分析,这一部分是文章最关键的部分之一。尤其在成因分析
上,结合了我国传统因素,我国当前状况和时代背景多方位进行了成因剖析。
第四部分是本文就高校法治文化建设问题,作出的一些对策和途径。这一部
分主要从四个部分来构架。一是高校法治文化建设要体现科学发展观,促进师生
的全面发展。二是从高校本身来说,要整合各种资源,形成法治文化的合力。三
是科学的构建高校法治文化体系,主要从特色化建设和课程化建设来说明。四是
搞好各种教育的结合,主张依法治校和以德治校并重,把显性法治教育与隐性法
治教育相结合来促进高校法治文化建设的发展。

Abstract 
Prior to this thesis is the introduction, this part of the first through the description 
of the status of the Chinese lack of rule of  law culture, leads to specific areas  the 
issue  of  University  rule  of  law  culture,  and  then  the  rule  of  law  and  international 
research university status, come to the rule of law culture in this study the purpose of 
college and meaning. 
Text is divided into four parts, the first cultural content for the college to explore 
the rule of law. First, the rule of law culture and foreign review, further elaborated the 
concept of socialist rule of law the conclusion that the rule of law of higher culture. 
The second part is about the content on the university culture aspects of the rule 
of  law.  First, the  rule  of  law  culture  in  the  university  described  several  ideas  to  be 
contained, then the rule of law and cultural objects of the university introduced one by 
one. Finally, the carrier of culture discussed in the form of the rule of law, the legal 
documents on the university building visual impression.
