摘要
无心磨削是工件不定回转中心的磨削。工件支撑在导轮和托板上、导轮轴线在垂直平面内与砂轮轴线倾斜一小角度。磨削时,砂轮回转和砂轮架横向进给,导轮回转除带动工件回转外,同时使工件自动轴向进给。无心磨削技术相较于其他磨削方法,具有生产效率高,支撑刚度好等特点。本设计在充分了解无心磨削原理的基础上,通过总结前人的设计经验,进行无心磨床导轮架及修整器的结构设计。
导轮架结构设计中,主要对导轮的传动系统及其结构进行设计与分析。为了获得导轮的相应转速,对传动系统进行了设计和校核计算,包括电动机的选型,V形带和蜗轮蜗杆的传动设计。此外,对主轴进行了相应的强度与刚度校核,以确保设计的合理性。
修整器结构设计中,金刚石笔由导轨来带动,所以从导轨及传动机构两方面进行设计。通过对X、Y两个方向的导轨副及传动方案的设计,以满足使用要求。

Structure Design of Regulating Wheel Frame and Its Dresser For Centerless Grinding Machine
ABSTRACT
Centerless grinding fixed center of rotation of the workpiece for grinding. Supported on the regulating wheel and the workpiece on the pallet, the regulating wheel axis in the vertical plane of the grinding wheel axis tilted at a small angle. Grinding, grinding wheel and the wheel frame cross feed, lead to the reincarnation addition to driving workpiece swing outside, while the workpiece is automatically axial feed. Centerless grinding grinding pared to other methods, with high production efficiency, support stiffness is good. The design principle of a thorough understanding of the basis of centerless grinding, by summarizing previous design experience, centerless grinder regulating  wheel frame and dresser structural design.
In the design of Regulating wheel frame structure, we mainly design and analysis the guide wheel drive system and the structural. In order to obtain the corresponding guide wheel speed, the drive system for the design and check calculations, including the selection of the motor, V-belts and worm gear design. In addition, the spindle corresponding strength and stiffness checked to ensure that the design is reasonable.
In the design of Dresser structural , the rail drive the diamond pen. so we design both rail and drive mechanism. Through the X, Y two directions guideways and drive solutions designed to meet the requirements.
