温心汤治疗慢性心力衰竭临床观察

摘要
目的:观察温心汤治疗充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:本研究调查了 2009
年 2 月~2010 年 3 月期间在新疆维吾尔自治区中医医院的心内科、心脏重症病房、
急诊科住院患者,且临床确诊为 CHF 的病人。将符合纳入标准的 60 例慢性心衰患
者按 1:1 随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组一般治疗相同,对照组治疗予吸氧、休息、
限盐,常规西医药治疗加强心脏功能、利尿、扩张血管。治疗组在对照组基础上加
用温心汤口服,每日一剂,早晚分服,15 天为一疗程。结果:对照组和治疗组治疗
前后心功能状态均有改善,对照组治疗总有效率为 %,治疗组 90%,且治疗组
对比对照组有显著性差异(P<)。结论:温心汤治疗慢性心力衰竭具有较好的临床
疗效,且无明显不良反应。

Clinical effect of Wen-Xin-Tang on the disease of
chronic heart failure

Abstract
Objective: To observe the clinical therapeutic effects of Wen-Xin-Tang for chronic
heart failure(CHF). Methods: In the clinical study, 60 cases(from 2, 2009 to 3, 2010)
that had been confirmed to be CHF were from the Xin-Jiang cases with CHF
were divided into treatment group and control group randomly. The general therapy of the
two groups was the same. In the control group therapy with breathe in oxygen, take a
rest, set a limit of salt,routine western medicine is potentiate heart function,diuresis,
dilate bloodvessel. In addition,the treatment group was administered a decoction of
Wen-Xin-Tang in base of the control group , 15 days constituting one therapeutic course.
Results: The effect before treatment on cardiac function of the two group was superior to
that after treatment. In the control group, the total effective rate being the %, But
in the treatment group, the total effective rate being the 90%. pare of the two
groups difference (p<). Conclusion: Wen Xin Tang has good effects on CHF, and no
side-effects are found.
