摘要

随着的提高,企业集团化已经成为
全球的潮流,集团性关联企业越来越多,并且已成为商业银行一个特殊而重要的
客户群体。从商业银行成本收益管理的角度看,与集团客户的业务往来能有效地
发挥规模经济效应,降低维护和经营成本,集团客户数量和占比不断上升也是银
行客户结构调整的必然趋势,因此加强对集团客户的研究对商业银行的经营管理
具有重要意义。
在经济体制转轨时期,由于法律法规的不尽完善,集团性客户在给银行带来
较大利益的同时也蕴藏着巨大风险,经常通过资本链、人事链、不正常资产重组、
担保、关联交易、产权变动等方式逃废银行债务,反映我国银行对集团客户的信
贷管理仍然十分薄弱,缺乏一整套有针对性的管理制度和操作规范,集团客户授
信管理和风险控制面临着巨大挑战。本文以商业银行的集团客户信贷风险为研究
对象,探讨了集团客户信贷风险的表现形式、成因分析和商业银行信贷管理中的
问题,并提出了防范风险的措施。论文首先对集团客户进行了界定,其次对集团
客户信贷风险的表现形式和成因进行了分析,再次以A 集团的客户风险分析为例
分析了商业银行对集团客户的信贷管理中存在的问题,最后提出了集团客户信贷
风险的防范措施。

A STUDY ON CREDIT RISK OF
BUSINESS GROUP CUSTOMERS

ABSTRACT

With the development of economy and the raise of enterprise intensification
management level, the business group already became the global tide, the business
group customer are more and more, and it has e the special and important
munity mercial bank. Looked from the management of cost and
e mercial bank, service the group customers can effectively display the
economies of scale, and reduces the maintenance and the cost of operation, The group
customer quantity and occupies unceasingly rises also is the trend of the bank‘s
structure adjustment, Therefore strengthens the research of the group customer has the
vital significance mercial bank's management.
In economic system switcher time, it while bringing the banks great profits, there
also exist credit risks. This phenomenon is due to the lack of management on giving
credits to group customers, the letter management of the group customers and the
control of risk is facing the huge challenge. This paper analyzes the credit risk of the
commercial banks’ business group customers, emphasizes the reasons of it, and brings
