摘要
企业资源计划ERP代表了当代的先进企业管理模式与技术,近年来ERP系统在
国内外得到了广泛推广应用。但我国ERP的实施成功率只能保持在10%~20%左
右。因此,对其极高失败率不得不进行深层次研究。本文试图对基于供应链的ERP
实施模式进行研究,使企业能从一个比较高的角度进行ERP信息集成,最大限度的
发挥ERP的作用。
本文首先从和谐理论的角度出发,根据企业与ERP系统的相互适应状况以及相
互制约性,运用和谐分析矩阵对ERP环境下企业的现实和谐状态进行分析和评价,
并且对ERP企业的和谐状态进行监控,从而指导企业的ERP实施。然后研究了ERP
核心企业同其上游供应商进行信息集成的问题,讨论了核心企业对其供应商的激
励机制,采用委托代理理论和博弈论的方法,分别建立静态和动态模型研究了制
造商对其供应商参与ERP信息集成的最优激励问题。接着应用市场营销理论和管理
理论分析了ERP和CRM理论在新经济中的局限性和两者整合的必要性,提出了ERP
和CRM整合的内容、方法以及技术上的实现。最后分析了电子商务下SCM、ERP
与CRM的整合的必要性和方法,就Auto Online公司对ERP信息系统的整合进行了
介绍,从而更进一步阐明了本文的核心思想和基于供应链的ERP实施模式。

Abstract
ERP respects the advanced enterprise management mode and technology. It is
widely used both at home and abroad. But the rate of ess is only 10%-20% in China. In order to
research the high rate of ERP application, the paper tries to research the ERP application mode in the
supply chain. In this way, the enterprises could integrate the ERP information effectively and the
ERP system could be much more affective.
The paper starts with the harmony theory. Using the disharmony analysis matrix, it
analyzes the present situation of enterprise under the condition of ERP. It can realize the
ideal harmony situation through the system evolution optimization model, and it can
supervise the harmony condition under the condition of ERP. Then it studies the
optimal incentive mechanism on ERP information from the core enterprise to its
partners. By using the principal-agent theory and game theory, it studies the optimal
incentive mechanism from the core enterprise to its partners using the static and
dynamic model. The paper points out the limitation of ERP and CRM in the new
economy and the new technology and necessity of integrating the ERP and CRM and
brings up the concrete contents, method and realization in the technology of integrating
