摘要
供应商管理库存是供应链管理环境下库存控制的一项重要策略它有效地克
服了传统库存管理模式下的牛鞭效应等问题提高了供应链系统的运作效率
和整体竞争力本文针对基于 VMI 的供应链系统的复杂性扩展性动态性与合
作性展开研究和论述其目的是为基于 VMI 的供应链系统的构建和管理提供理论
和技术支持
论文首先在回顾 VMI 概念产生和发展的基础上详细阐述 VMI 的思想原理
及其工作流程管理特别是在与传统的 PMI 比较的基础上讨论 VMI 的指导思
想日常工作流程并结合实践指出导入 VMI 的具体操作步骤其次分析基于
VMI 的供应链系统所需的支持系统和运作环境指出基于 VMI 的供应链合作伙
伴关系管理组织结构变革信息透明与知识共享快速响应是其快速实施与平
稳运行的基础其中重点分析基于 VMI 的供应链系统组织结构设计与知识管理
系统这两个方面的论述包括组织变革的必要性与可行性设计的方法策略与
结构模式知识经济时代供应链管理的特点与基于 VMI 的供应链系统中引入知识
管理系统的必要性 VMI 中知识的层次与知识管理的内容基于 VMI 的供应链
中知识传播与扩散系统等最后作者指出 VMI 在给供应链带来收益的同时也
伴随着若干风险的存在从而结合 VMI 的实施效益分析 VMI 风险的来源表
现及防范措施并从委托代理理论出发构建基于 VMI 的供应链风险分担协
调激励与利益分配机制

Abstract
Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) is a new and representative supply chain
inventory management tactic, which es the “Bullwhip effect” of the traditional
stock control mode availably and improves the operation efficiency and
competitiveness of the supply chain. According to the characters of supply chain
system based on VMI plexity, expansibility, dynamic and collaborative
state, the objectives of this paper is to support the management of the supply chain
system based on VMI in theory and technique.
In the first place, the theory, principle and working flow of VMI are discussed,
especially on the base pare with traditional PMI (Purchaser Managed
Inventory) the article summarizes the guide idea and working flow of VMI and points
out how to put it into practice. Secondly, the author analyzes the support system and
operation environment of supply chain based on VMI, and es to a conclusion
that the supply chain partnership, organization and structure reengineering, information
and knowledge sharing, ECR (Efficient Consumer Response) and CPR (Continuous
Replenishment Procedure) are the foundations of the smooth operation of supply chain
