【摘要】随着经济社会的发展,现代化城市人口高度集中,高层、超高层和地下建筑大量开发建设,高层建筑的发展引发了许多不容置疑的新问题,如造价提高,管理费用增加,设备要求复杂,施工困难,建设周期长,工作条件受限制,防火、防爆、防盗、防震的安全问题难以解决,而其中的防火问题尤为重要和不可忽视。而火灾自动报警系统应时代要求发展出现,在建筑消防的“防”上有巨大的贡献,但同时也存在相当多的问题。
