[摘要] 目的:了解医学生心理健康现状,为其心理健康教育工作提供科学依据。方法:采用SCL-90、SAS(焦虑自评量表)、DSI(抑郁状态问卷)、ITS(人际信任量表)、SAD(社交回避及苦恼量表)抽样调查陕西省共计2770名医学生。结果:①SCL-90中躯体化、焦虑、恐怖因子得分高于全国大学生常模和青年组常模,差异有统计学意义(P<)。②±,高于中国正常人常模,差异有统计学意义(P<)。③±,。④,高于理论平均值。⑤,低于理论平均值。结论:医学生焦虑及抑郁情况严重,心理健康状况不容乐观。

[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the psychological status of medical students and provide some suggestion in Mental health education of medical students. Methods: A total of 2770 students were select in ShaanXi Province were investigated with Symptom Checklist-90(SCL-90), Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS), Depression Status Inventory(DSI), Interpersonal Trust Scale(ITS), Social Avoidance And Distress Scale(SAD) .Results: ①The score of SCL-90 in somatization, anxiety and phobia is higher than that of both normal mode group of Chinese college students norm and Chinese young people norm (P<).②The score of Self-rating Anxiety Scale is (±) higher than Chinese average norm(P<). ③The score of Depression Status Inventory(DSI) is ± an
