供应链上Hockey-stick的博弈模型研究

摘要
Hockey-stick 描述的是供应链中每到期末供应商的销售额会达到一个较大峰值,
而在其他时候又恢复正常的一种现象。这种现象会造成整个供应链上期初资源闲置
而期末资源又相对不足,增加供应链上供应商和零售商相互协作的难度,降低整个
供应链的收益。因此,研究 Hockey-stick 现象产生的原因及其作用机理具有重要的
理论意义与现实意义。
本文首先对国内外关于 Hockey-stick 现象的相关研究进行了综述。然后在现有
研究的基础上阐述了供应链上 Hockey-stick 的博弈模型的基本假设、决策过程和成
本价格体系。接着在论述完建模的基本原理后先后建立了单阶段博弈模型和多阶段
博弈模型,并求解了供应商和零售商在不同库存水平下的收益。之后,在深入讨论
的基础上,提出了供应链上 Hockey-stick 博弈模型战略选择的一般原理,得到了一
系列具有普遍意义的命题和推论,并完成了对供应链上销量、库存量、订货量的推
导过程。最后,本文对供应链上两类经常出现战略选择——最大销售战略和协作战
略的进行了讨论,对这两类不同战略进行比较并分别求出选择这两类战略作为纳什
均衡战略的充分必要条件。
基于上述研究内容,本文的目的在于深入探讨 Hockey-stick 现象产生的原因,
分析其作用机理,为供应链上的零售商和供应商在供应链博弈中采取合理的战略最
大化整个供应链上的收益提供依据。

Abstract
The hockey-stick pattern describes a phenomenon in the supply chain that the
sales e a spike at the end of each period and recover normal in other times.
It will lead to the idle of resources in the beginning and the lack of resources at the
end, the cooperation between suppliers and retailers will e more difficult,
and the e in the supply chain will e low. Therefore, it is very important
to study the reasons of hockey-stick pattern for deteriorating items.
Firstly, the related literatures both at home and abroad about hockey-stick
pattern for deteriorating items are reviewed. Then, the basic assumptions,
decision-making process of suppliers and retailers and the cost system and price
system are definition. Third, the one-stage game model and the infinite sequence
of consecutive stage game are established and get the solution of these models.
After in-depth discussions, this research described the general principles how to
choose the strategy on Game Model for Hockey-stick Pattern in Supply Chain, and
completed the derivation of sales、stocks and order quantities. At last, two special
