变革型领导与创业导向关系的实证研究
摘要
面对全球金融危机的巨大打击,企业面临的环境更加复杂多变,发展面临更
大的挑战。创业作为企业实现变革、持续成长的重要途径越来越受到人们的重视。
创业导向是企业层面创业精神的集中体现,作为创业活动的一个先行变量,某种
程度上可以对创业结果进行预测。领导风格作为影响创业导向的关键因素之一已
经引起越来越多的学者关注,变革型领导方式不仅可以提高领导的有效性,而且
利于促进企业的创业行为。基于此,本文探讨了变革型领导与创业导向的关系,
以期进一步揭示变革型领导对提高企业创业导向的作用。同时对企业特征变量对
创业导向的影响也做了研究分析。
本文采用 Bass 等人开发的领导风格评价工具 MLQ 以及 Covin 和 Slevin 编
制的创业导向量表,选取京津冀等地制造业企业作为样本,运用 、
软件对问卷数据进行分析,得出本研究的主要结论:变革型领导对创业
导向及其各个维度都具有显著地正向影响,变革型领导中的魅力领导对创业导向
及创新性、领先性、和冒险性三个维度有显著正向影响,智力激发维度对创业导
向中的创新性和冒险性维度有显著正向影响;不同类型企业的创业导向存在显著
差异。

AN EMPIRICAL STUDY ON THE RELATIONSHIP
BETWEEN TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP AND
ENTREPRENEURIAL ORIENTATION
ABSTRACT
Facing the global financial crisis's huge attack, the environment which the
enterprise faces is plicated and diversified, development faced with a
greater challenge. Entrepreneurship is ing more and more important as an
important way of enterprise for change, sustainable growth. Entrepreneurial
Orientation is an enterprise level embodiment of the entrepreneurship, it as a first
variable of entrepreneurial activities to some extent can predict the e of
entrepreneurship. Leadership styles as impact entrepreneurial orientation of one of the
key factors have caused more and more scholars concerns. Transformational
leadership can not only enhance the effectiveness of leadership, but also to promote
the entrepreneurial behavior of enterprises. For this reason, the article explores the
relationship between transformational leadership and entrepreneurial orientation, with
a view to further reveals the role of transformational leadership to enhance enterprise
entrepreneurial orientation. At the same time, the article has also research and analysis
the effects of the variable of enterprise features on entrepreneurial orientation.
