地方高校科技创新元与学科演化模式研究
摘要
伴随着高等教育大众化的逐步推进,我国地方高校的数量不断增加。截止到 2005 年
底,共有地方高校 1681 所,占全国高校总数的 %。地方高校已经成为国家高等教育体
系中的重要力量,它们和国家重点高校一样,承担着培养高素质人才、产出高水平科研成
果和为地方经济服务这三大任务。学科作为高等学校的核心要素,是承载高校教学、科研、
社会服务的基本战略单元,学科发展的水平在某种意义上代表着高等学校的发展水平。本
文以地方高校为背景,从科技创新的角度对学科的成长进行了研究。
本文认为从组成上看,地方高校的学科是由若干个研究方向构成的;研究方向则是由
一个或若干个科技创新元组成的。地方高校的科技创新元并不是天生就有的,它的形成要
经过识别、规划、培育、保持等几个阶段,是一个复杂的过程;科技创新元形成后会选择
某个领域进行探索研究,当学科内某个科技创新元发现有价值的研究后,它会通过会议、
论文等形式把研究结果扩散到其他科技创新元中,从而会吸引更多的科技创新元加入该领
域进行研究,一个科技创新元的永续发展以及多个科技创新元的集聚协同最终形成一个稳
定的、先进的学科研究方向;而一个或若干个集聚形成学科方向的科技创新元联系在一起
便形成了一个有机的集合体,一个或若干个科技创新元的集合体之间的集成便形成了学
科。总体来看,学科的成长过程是学科内科技创新元不断选择、交流、进化的过程。因此
本文根据蚁群算法的寻优原理对学科成长进行了仿真。

RESEARCH ON INNOVATION ELEMENT OF SCIENCE
AND TECHNOLOGY AND THE EVOLVING
PATTERN OF DISCIPLINE IN LOCAL UNIVERSITY
ABSTRACT
Following the higher education gains ground gradually,the quantity of local university is
increasing in our 2005 year-end,the number of local university is 1681,which
accounts for % of the sum of national local university has played an
important role in the national higher education system,which undertakes the function of training
the high quality person,outputing the high level achievements and serving for the local
the the core essential of university,the discipline is the basic unit of university
teaching,scientific research and the social service,which plays an important role in the
development of on the view of local university and the innovation of science
and technology,this dissertation research the process of discipline.
From ponent perspective,the dissertation argues that the discipline of local
university is made up of several research fields,posed of more than one innovation
