煤矿企业领导行为对安全文化的影响研究

摘要

煤矿企业安全文化是煤矿企业安全管理的重要内容。目前,我国煤矿安全生
产形势较为严峻,煤矿企业安全文化系统的影响因素是什么,怎样才能控制事故
的发生,是目前实施安全管理亟待解决的首要问题。建立煤矿企业安全文化是解
决这一问题的重要方法。但是煤矿企业安全文化体系的建立与实施,受到领导行
为、中层管理者执行力、社会因素以及国家法规等很多因素的影响。
首先,本文在相关文献和理论资料研究的基础上,结合我国煤矿企业严峻的
现实,对煤矿企业安全文化的定义进行了界定和划分;其次,在领导行为与安全
文化,安全文化与企业文化等相关概念逻辑关系进行辨析的基础上,对影响煤矿
企业安全文化的主要因素——领导行为进行了界定;再次,采用问卷调查方式,
通过数据分析软件对样本 1(160 份)进行探索性因子分析、相关分析、
描述统计分析、单因素方差分析,软件对样本 2(221 份)进行验证性
因子分析和结构方程模型分析,其分析结果显示:领导行为各层面对安全文化各
层面具有显著相关性,且影响显著;最后,在数据分析的基础上,以同煤集团下
属煤矿燕子山矿为例进行案例分析研究,案例研究结果表明:进一步验证了变量
的关系,并为其提供了实证依据。

STUDY ON THE IMPACT OF LEADERSHIP OF COAL
MINE ENTERPRISES TO THE SAFETY CULTURE

ABSTRACT

Safety culture in coal mine enterprises is an important part of safety management.
At present, the safety situation in coal mine is plicated in my nation. What
is the factors influencing the system safety culture in coal mine enterprises, how to
control accidents, the problem about safety management is the most important issue to
be solved. Establishment of coal mine safety culture is an important method to solve
this problem. But establishing and implementing the system of coal mine safety
culture are affected by the leadership,the executive power of mid-level managers,
social factors ,national laws and so on.
This thesis defines the essence of safety culture system in coal mining enterprises
based on the analysis of the logical connection between some relevant concepts,
which are leadership and safety culture, safety culture and the corporate culture,
corporate culture anizational culture, safety culture and safety management.
