中文摘要
新课程标准是以人为本的,全面、协调、可持续的辩证唯物主义发展观。它
注重人的发展的全面性、协调性与可持续性,从而实现人的最高发展。而基础教
育体育课程改革也进入了由体育课程理念向实践操作转移的必要阶段,即理论和
实践相结合的必要阶段。在这样的时代背景下, 如何科学地运用新课程标准,指
导和促进基础教育体育课程改革;如何科学地运用新课程标准分析初中体育课程
的特点和课程教案,如何促进初中学生的身心和谐发展就成为了研究的重点。
本文以新课程标准为指导思想和理论依据,研究了中国体育观念形成的主要
影响因素,研究了初中体育课程的目标、内容,初中学生身体发展的特点,身体
练习的特征,心理发展和社会适应的特征,初中体育课程教案设计实施的具体举
措,并在此基础上对当前体育课程改革中出现的成功教案和错误偏差进行剖析,
以期为广大一线体育教师提供理论借鉴和方法指导。

Abstract

The harmony development view is the dialectical doctrine view which can make
people the center, overall, moderate and can keep on developing. It pays attention to
the development of prehension, coordination and the keeping on developing
of the person, and carry out the person's tallest development. And the athletics course
of foundation education's reform also gets into the principle from the athletics course
to practice the operation transfer of necessary stage, which means that the theories
and bine together of necessary stage. Under the ages background, how
to make use of a harmony development view sciencely ;how to instruct and help the
athletics course of foundation education to reform; how to analysis the character of
the primary school athletics course with the harmony development view sciencly; is
the importance of the study.
The text with harmony develop view for the instruction thought and theories
basis, studied the target, the contents of the primary school athletics course; the
characteristics of the student's body of the primary school junior class
development; the characteristic of the body practice ;the mental state development
and the society orientation; the concrete measure of the athletics course of the primary
