影响乳腺癌患者护理满意度因素的调查
摘要目的:本研究主要针对天津市肿瘤医院乳腺癌患者对护理服务满意度及其影响因素进行调查研究,旨在了解在天津市肿瘤医院住院治疗的乳腺癌患者对护理服务满意度水平以及影响乳腺癌患者对护理服务满意程度的因素,发现存在的问题并据此提出提高该医院乳腺癌患者对护理服务的满意度水平的建议,以提高护理服务的质量,促进患者满意,促进医院的可持续发展. 方法:研究通过查阅文献并参考已成型的乳腺癌患者对护理服务满意度调查量表,自编“乳腺癌患者对护理服务满意度调查问卷”,采用随机抽样的方法对来医院就诊治疗的天津地区乳腺癌患者进行问卷调查,并对收集的资料运用社会科学统计软件包SPSS进行数据资料的录入整理,并对收集的数据运用均数,百分比等进行统计学被描述,并运用计量资料统计推断方法中用于多个样本率或构成比的比较行列表X2检验分析了各测评项目对患者满意度的显著性影响等。结果:±,满意度水平较高。乳腺癌患者对护理工作满意度最高的是护理服务态度和操作技术、术后肢体活动指导,满意度较低的是尊重和保护隐私、用药指导。结论:天津市肿瘤医院乳腺癌患者对护理满意度比较高,影响患者对护理工作满意度比较重要的因素包括尊重和保护患者隐私,健康教育和术后活动指导,护理服务态度和操作技术。医院可以就这些方面采取一些措施,提高患者满意度。

Abstract Objectives:The research is focused on the level of satisfaction of nursing in patients with breast cancer and its influence factors. It is aimed to find out the current condition of nursing service satisfaction in patients with breast cancer and its influence factors, and give some advices to improve the level of nursing service satisfaction in patients with breast cancer depending on the problems have found , and to improve the quality of nursing service, as well as promote the hospital's long-term development. Methods:The research designs a questionnaire about nursing service satisfaction of patients with breast cancer, referring to many articles and looking up to some already made questionnaires. The research uses random sampling to investigate among patients with breast cancer who came to the Tianjin tumor hospital ,and uses social science statistical software SPSS to input and translate the data.
