摘要
本学位论文来源于某型号阵列式射频仿真系统研制项目,为满足系统对天线毫米波、宽频
带和双极化的技术需求,本文设计了频率范围在 18~40GHz 的毫米波双极化圆锥喇叭天线,仿
真、测试结果均验证了该天线满足工程应用的需要。
本论文从喇叭天线的基本理论和分析方法出发,详细分析了脊波导的各种性能参数。首先,
通过 HFSS 仿真分析软件对频率范围在 ~6GHz 的双脊喇叭天线进行设计,仿真得到的驻波
比和增益方向图验证了脊喇叭天线的优越性。在此基础上,根据项目要求,对毫米波段的双极
化圆锥喇叭天线进行研究,采用四脊波导和双端口馈电分别实现宽频带和双极化,从而初步确
定了天线结构参数,并运用有限元软件 HFSS 对设计的毫米波双极化天线进行仿真分析。为了
最大程度提高天线性能,本文用该软件的优化功能对天线的匹配块、脊波导和脊曲线等关键结
构进行优化设计,进而得到优化天线的几何结构及尺寸。优化天线仿真结果表明,天线在宽频
带范围内驻波比、双端口隔离度和增益方向图等电性能指标能很好地满足工程应用技术需求。
本文最后对上述 18~40GHz 频率范围的毫米波双极化四脊圆锥喇叭天线进行了制作,并对
其驻波比和隔离度进行了测试,测试结果同样证明了该天线能够满足工程应用要求。

ABSTRACT
The background of this paper is the manufacture of the array Radio Frequency Simulation
System. A 18-40GHz millimeter-wave dual-polarized conical horn antenna is designed to meet the
requirements of millimeter、broadband and dual-polarized for antenna. And the simulation and test
results show that it can satisfy the need of practice.
The specification parameter of ridged waveguides is analyzed based on the theory and analytical
method of horn antenna. Firstly, a ~6GHz double-ridged horn antenna is designed by using the
simulation software HFSS, which can also validate the advantage of ridged horn antenna in VSWR
and gain pattern .The dual-polarized for antenna is studied according to the project. And the antenna
configuration parameter is initially ascertained by broadening and dual-polarizing the
Quadruple-Ridged Waveguides and Dual-ports feed. Then the designed antenna is simulated with the
HFSS. To enhance the performance of antenna , some critical structure such as matching block、ridged
waveguides and the shape of the ridge is optimized ,and then its size and geometric structure is
