摘要:本实验研究了硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)胞外聚合物(Extracellular Polymeric Substances,
简称 EPS)与重金属间的交互作用。经成分分析发现 EPS 主要由多糖和蛋白质组成。以 Cu2+
和 Zn2+为例研究重金属与 EPS 结合能力,结果表明 EPS 与这两种金属有较强的结合能力,
并且更易与 Zn2+结合。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)和荧光光谱(EEM)对结果进行进一步
验证,发现 Zn2+能同时与多糖和蛋白质结合,而 Cu2+只能与蛋白质相结合;另外,EPS 中
的色氨酸是与重金属结合的主要成分,并且 Zn2+比 Cu2+更容易发生荧光淬灭。

Interaction between heavy metal and EPS extracted from
sulfate-reducing bacteria

Abstract: In this paper interaction between heavy metals and extracellular polymeric substances (EPS)
extracted from Desulfovibrio desulfuricans was investigated. Chemical analysis showed that EPS was
posed of protein and haride. This made EPS had a high binding capacity for heavy
metal which was investigated using Cu2+ and Zn2+ as the representatives. Tests indicated that EPS
had a bined ability with Zn2+ compared to Cu2+. This was confirmed and explained by
Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) and excitation-emission matrix (EEM) spectroscopy analysis. FTIR
analysis revealed that harides and protein could react with Zn2+ while only protein reacted
