摘要
随着国家社会保险制度改革的不断深化,养老保险制度改革首先被列入国家改革的
重点。由于养老保险个人帐户的建立,传统的业务处理方式己经不能满足养老保险业务
经办机构的需要,为适应养老保险制度改革,满足养老保险管理社会化的需要,兖矿集
团公司迫切需要一套养老保险管理信息系统。
本论文基于这一应用目标,依据国家和山东省职工养老保险相关政策和规定,并结
合兖矿集团的实际,主要研究了以下内容:职工养老保险管理体系,养老保险信息系统
数据库规划和建设,客户端、应用服务器端的设计与开发,历史数据的迁移,系统安全
性等几个方面。
本文研究并分析 C/S 结构的特点,结合软件与需求,运用了具有客户层、应用服务
器层、数据库层的三层 C/S 系统模型,该模型具有安全性高,易于维护,易于扩展的特
点。
本系统设计合理、运行稳定、操作方便,能与其他保险系统实现数据共享。本文所
设计和实现了集团公司养老保险管理信息化,系统已经通过集团公司的验收,并在兖矿
集团各单位进行应用,实现了养老保险管理的现代化、规范化、自动化、科学化管理。
系统为领导的宏观决策提供快速、可靠的依据,系统大大减轻了基层单位的工作负担,
提高了信息化管理服务水平。

ABSTRACT
The reformation of endowment insurance has been paid a great tension with the
development of social insurance system reformation in China . With the account of
endowment insurance building up,the traditional endowment insurance management can't
satisfied the pension endowment insurance order to adapt reformation of the
pension insurance system, YanKuang Group must develop a set of viable endowment
insurance information system urgently.
According to employees endowment insurance policy and regulation of China and
Shandong Province,the main contents of this paper is as follows:developing the management
system of pension insurance for employees;database construction; development of application
software; transformation of the history data; system security and so on.
In this paper, we analysed the characteristic of C/S architecture, we introduced
three-tiered C/S model ,such as client tier、application tier and database tier. This information
