摘要

商业模式是企业生存和发展的基础,任何一个成功的企业背后都有一套行之有效、独
具特色并且可持续的商业模式。因此为了有效地组织好企业的经营活动,企业就必须重视
商业模式设计。商业模式的设计关系到企业如何建立或改变其价值创造逻辑,使之能更有
效地实现企业的既定目标。业界的事实也一再表明,许多商业模式常常是人们的偶发创意,
并没有经过详细、全面及系统的分析与设计,也没有充分考虑到实施过程中可能遇到的问
题,从而使企业遭受失败的噩运。所以,如何设计企业自己独特有效的商业模式,对企业
的生存与发展具有非常重要的意义。
为了更好地对商业模式设计进行详细、全面及系统的分析与研究,本文在现有商业模
式相关研究以及现代商务发展的实践经验的基础上,构建了商业模式设计的方法体系,力
图为企业进行商业模式设计提供一定的参考。文章首先回顾了商业模式的相关问题,包括
商业模式的内涵、组成要素及结构体系;在此基础上详细探讨商业模式设计的相关问题,
包括商业模式设计基础的确定、设计思路的提炼和设计方法的选择,并构建了基于价值视
角、以商业模式系统结构为基础的设计体系,提出了商业模式设计由四个阶段构成:商业
模式的价值主张设计、价值支撑设计、价值保持设计以及设计后的评估与再设计;随后以
永图公司为例对其商业模式进行了详细、全面及系统的分析与设计,初步检验了其实际操
作性。该研究一方面有利于充实和完善商业模式分析与设计的理论和方法体系,另一方面
能够为企业进行商业模式设计提供一定的参考依据。

ABSTRACT
Business model is the basis for enterprises’ survival and development. Any essful enterprise has an
effective, unique and sustainable business model. Therefore, in order anize the business activities
effectively, enterprises must pay more attention to business model design. Business model design relates to
how to establish or change an enterprise’s value creation logic, which can help the enterprise achieve the
established business goals more effectively. The fact of the munity has also repeatedly shown that
lots of business models usually came from people’s accidental creatives which have not been detailed,
comprehensive and systematic analysis and design. So it doesnot fully take the problems of the implemention
process into account which makes the enterprises get failure. Therefore, how to design the unique and effective
business models, increasingly has great significance to the survival and development of enterprises.
