人格特征性别刻板印象的调查研究
摘要
目的:探讨研究性别刻板印象在人格特征形容词上的认识表现,进而了解成人在哪些人格上存在性别刻板印象,并考察性别差异之间有着怎样的相互影响。
被试:采用随机抽样的方法,从30岁至40岁工作人员中抽取被试80人,其中男女比例1:1。
方法:采用人格特性形容词7点量表问卷进行调查。量表中共包括150个形容词,要求被试在7点量表上,评定每个形容词在多大程度上适合用来描述男性或者女性。
结果:(1)成年人在人格特征形容词上存在性别刻板印象。
(2)不同性别的成人在部分人格特征形容词上存在性别差异。
(3)部分人格特征形容词在性别上存在相互影响。
(4)成人对自身性别了解的更多更深入,符合提取理论;成人男女多把正性词给予自己,负性词给予对方,符合自尊和自我理论。
结论:成人在人格特征形容词上的性别刻板印象与传统观念和传统意识大致相同,但也表现出一些时代的特点。成人的性别刻板印象符合提取理论和自尊理论、自爱理论、自我欣赏理论,受性别因素影响显著。

Investigation of Personality characteristics Stereotypes in Gender
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the performance of adjectives of personality characteristics of gender stereotypes, in order to know in which personality the gender geographical stereotypes exist, and to examine the interaction between gender and geographical diversity.
Subjects: A random sampling method was adopted. To choose 80 staffs working on the book industry, who was born in the South and the North for test, with male-female ratio of 1:1, North and South ratio 1:1.
Methods: The Personality characteristics adjectives 7 Point Scale and questionnaire was used for investigation. 150 adjectives in it were required in 7 point scale, which were used to assess the fitness of each adjective to be used to describe male or female.
Results: (1) Personality adjectives in gender exist in adults.
(2) Some adjectives of personality characteristics of gender stereotypes have sex differences in adults with sex differences.
(3) Mutual influence exists between some personality characteristics adjectives in gender and geographical ones.
(4) Adults have more and deeper understanding of their own sex, consistent with extraction theory; adult men and women give more positive words to themselves, while negative words to the opposite side, in line with self-esteem theory.
Conclusion: The adult personality adjectives gender stereotypes generally close to the traditional concept, but show new features. Adult gender
