摘要
一个企业在激烈的市场竞争中要想取得优势,就必须提高全体职工的素质、建立终
身教育体系、创建学习型组织。因此,建立优良的企业远程教育系统,成为企业解决职
工在线学习诸多问题、提高学习质量的有效途径,也是企业开发内部人力资源的必由之
路。
本文将远程教育系统设计和成人学习理论二者结合起来,对成人学习者的远程在线
学习系统进行研究分析。对基于成人学习理论的企业远程教育系统进行了研究与设计,
就其内涵、结构、功能、模式等进行分析与探讨,并抽象出基于成人学习理论的企业远
程教育系统的设计模型;另外分别对支持机制、个性化支持、教师在线角色以及学
台等进行了具体设计。最后在上述分析研究的基础上,对中国电信集团远程教育系统进
行了设计与实现,为基于成人学习理论的企业远程教育系统的建设提供了参考。

ABSTRACT
When an enterprise wants to get superiority in intense petition, it must
improve all staff's quality, establish lifelong education system, and found anization.
It is the efficient way to establish enterprise distance learning system for their staff to learn
online, improve their learing efficiency, and develop internal human resources of the
enterprise.
Combined the design of distance learning system with adult learning theory, the distant
online-learing system for adults was studied. A distant education system of enterprise based
on adult learning theory was discussed,and its function and configuration,etc.,were studied.
The model of distant education system of enterprise based on adult learning theory was
established. Moreover, operation mechanism, personalized services,online-teacher’s role and
learing platform of the system were suggested. Finally, a design and realization of distant
learning system for China Corporation based on the adult learing theory was showed.
It can be a reference to the establishment of distant education system of other learning-
enterprises.
