知识服务型数字图书馆研究
摘要
数字图书馆将是一个长期不断向前发展的领域由于计算机网络及多
媒体等信息技术的发展和应用数字图书馆已经成为一种现实但是当前已
实现的数字图书馆是一种初级形态的数字图书馆数字图书馆在不同的发展阶
段具有不同的形态基于国内外数字图书馆的发展现状现代信息技术和通讯
网络技术以及智能信息技术的发展和应用知识经济社会发展的需求未来高
级发展形态的数字图书馆应是能够提供知识服务即知识服务型数字图书馆
知识服务型数字图书馆是数字图书馆的高级发展形态它的实现将取决于
智能信息技术的发展和应用除了技术因素外知识服务型数字图书馆同样需
要与其相适应的社会经济法律等环境以及与其相适应的运营和管理模式
为了实现知识服务型数字图书馆的目标要制定长期合理的综合性研究发展
的框架建立协同式跨越式的研究发展机制以及科学健全的发展评价体系
保障知识服务型数字图书馆健康持续的发展
本文将对知识服务型数字图书馆的基本概念技术基础运营条件发展
模式做一全面和较为深入的探讨在此基础上提出我国发展知识服务型数字图
书馆的策略以进一步促进我国数字图书馆事业的发展知识服务型数字图书
馆对我台的发展具有十分重要的意
义它将极大地促进全民族的思想道德素质和科学文化素质的提高以适应知
识经济和知识社会的到来

Research on Knowledge Service Oriented Digital Library
Abstract
Digital library constitutes a field of long and continuous research and
development. Because of the development of information technologies such as
computer, network, and multimedia, Digital libraries that have been realized
currently are still in preliminary form. In different development periods, digital
library will have different forms. On the ground of the development of Digital
Library at home and abroad, modern information technology, work
technology, and the development of intelligent information technology and
application, the demand of the social development of knowledge economic,
advanced digital library in the future can supply knowledge service, namely
knowledge service oriented Digital Library. Knowledge service oriented Digital
Library is advanced form of digital library. Its realization will depend on the
development of intelligent information technology and application, Besides
technology, knowledge service oriented Digital Library needs social, economic, legal,
environment.
In order to realize knowledge service oriented Digital Library’s goal, we need to
form a long and prehensive research and development framework and
collaborative level and leap-forward
