基于效果逻辑的创业学习过程研究

摘要
创业学习作为一种过程研究对创业理论的发展具有重要的作用。创业学习理
论的研究主要从两条路径展开,一种是认知学习进路,强调信息和经验的获取和
转化。另一种是社会学习和社会建构主义的进路,关注创业者广泛的社会经历和
相互交往的过程。文章回顾了国外近几年创业学习研究中出现的重要模型,从创
业学习的来源、过程和结果三个维度对这些模型进行了比较和分析,突出了每个
模型的主要创新点,在此基础上总结了创业学习作为动态过程观的特点和影响创
业学习的因素。
效果逻辑彻底颠覆了管理学中长期讲授的目标设定、计划、实施及控制模式,
是近些年来创业研究领域取得的最具有突破性的理论进展。虽然效果逻辑才提出
了仅仅数年的时间,但由于其从理论上揭示了创业者进行决策时面临高度不确定
的情景时应如何决策,拓展了创业决策认知局限领域的研究范畴,揭示了创业者
在创业者过程中如何运用效果逻辑理论来克服决策时遇到的有限理性,并取得成
功。因此,在学术界引起了很多学者们的广泛关注。
本文通过将效果逻辑的主要原则与创业学习过程相联系,得出了基于效果逻
辑的创业学习过程模型,明确了创业者的主导逻辑与其知识积累之间的联系,为
进一步深化创业学习的有关研究提供了一个视角,最后,文章指出了创业学习未
来的研究方向。

Abstract
ABSTRACT
Entrepreneurship learning play an important role in the development of
entrepreneurship theory. The research of entrepreneurship learning theory started
from the two paths, one is the cognitive learning path which emphasizes the access
and transformation of information and experience, the other is the social learning and
constructivist path which concerns about the wide range of social experience and
interaction process of entrepreneurs. The article reviews important model which
appears in the study and research about entrepreneurship learning abroad in recent
years. This pares and analyses these models from resource、process and
results of entrepreneurial learning, highlights the major innovations of each model and
in this base summaries the characteristics of entrepreneurial learning as a dynamic
process concept and factors influencing entrepreneurial learning.
Effectuation theory have revolutionized goal setting, planning, implementation
and control mode which is taught in the management courses in a long time, is the
most important theoretical progress in the field of entrepreneurship research in recent
years . Although the effect of logic theory was put forward only a few years , because
it reveal well how the entrepreneur make decision
