农村成人人文素质教育的现状与对策研究

21 世纪将是一个全新的知识经济时代,社会对劳动者的素质尤其是人文素
质的要求越来越高,人文教育和人文素质的培养,与自然科学的教育培养一样,
都是构成教育的重要组成部分,对社会进步、人的全面发展起着至关重要的作
用。目前,国内对于农民成人教育的研究更多的是关注于农民的生计教育,而对
农民的人文素质教育的研究尚处于起步阶段。从现有的研究成果来看,涉及农
村成人人文素质教育的研究寥寥无几,并且缺乏针对性和实践意义。本文拟以
江西赣南农村地区为例,在大量的实地考察和走访,较全面地了解和掌握农民
人文素质教育现状的第一手资料的基础上,综合运用成人教育基础理论、人的
全面发展理论、知识社会学理论、人的需求理论以及学习型社会的相关理论,
概括和阐述了农村成人人文素质教育存在的主要问题,多角度探讨和分析其成
因,并针对社会转型时期农村成人群体的思想观念、理想追求、教育需求和学
习态度等方面的变化,从全面实现建设小康社会的战略目标出发,提出改善我
国农村成人人文素质教育,提高农村成人人文素质的基本对策。

Abstract
21century will be a bran-new knowledge economy age,and the people who
poess high diathesis will be the leading actor/protaqonist of the
Education as well as natural science is an important part of has an vital
effect on society progress and people’s all-round present, many
researchs on peasantry adult education in our country are boorish livelihood
the research on humanistic education of peasantry is still in its
infancy with no mature modes in theory and pratice. In this text,the writer take the
farmers in suothern Jiangxi as an example,with supports of people’s all-round
theory,knowledge sociology theory ,human’s requirement theory and other
correlative this book, it describes the status in quo of adults’humanistic
diathesis in rural areas,and it summarises the different characters of Jiangxi south
paring with other rural areas in our country. At last,in the principle of
multi-directional interaction and multi-agent cooperaction,the writer put forward a
multi-level,all-round countermeasure to improving famers’ humanistic diathesis.
