摘要
当今社会已经进入知识经济时代,时代的发展迫切的需要具有创新能力的高级人
才,研究生教育作为我国高等教育的最高层次,培养具有创新能力的高层次创新型人才,
是时代赋予研究生培养单位和研究生教育者的使命与责任。高校是高层次创新人才培养
的阵地,高校研究生教育必须把培养和提高研究生的创新能力作为自己的主要任务。随
着社会对高级创新人才的需求增加,国家对高级创新人才更加重视,我国研究生创新能
力的提升势在必行。
本文以研究生创新能力为研究对象,通过文献分析和比较分析相结合的研究方法,
对国内外研究生创新能力培养进行研究,结合我国的研究生创新能力培养现状,总结出
影响我国研究生创新能力提升的因素,找出我国研究生创新能力培养存在的问题。对提
升我国研究生创新能力的培养,提出相应的对策及路径,最后为我国研究生创新能力保
障体系的制定提出建议。
本文共分为五个部分。第一部分论述了选题缘由、研究意义、文献综述和研究方法;
第二部分首先界定了研究生创新能力的相关定义,第二部分在分析我国研究生创新能力
培养现状的基础之上,找出影响我国研究生创新能力培养的因素以及存在的问题,第三
部分对美国、德国、日本、英国等国研究生创新能力培养模式进行对比,总结出四国的
培养模式对我国的启示;第四部分提出提升我国研究生创新能力培养的路径,最后制定
出我国研究生创新能力培养的保障体系,为我国更好的培养高级人才做好铺垫。

ABSTRACT
The society has entered into the knowledge economy age, and the senior talents with innovation
ability and useful to society are urgently needed as the development of new epoch. As highest level in
our higher education, the postgraduate education assumes the mission and responsibility of cultivating
the high level creative type talents with innovation ability which is entitled by the epoch. The college
and university is the battle field cultivated the high level creative talents. The postgraduate education of
the university must take the cultivating and improving the postgraduates' innovation ability as the
primary mission. With the increasing demands of the advanced creative talents in society, the nation
attaches more importance to creative talents of the senior. So develop and construct the innovation
ability mode of the postgraduate is imperative.
The thesis is on senior’s creativity. Through the analysis of document and the research of
comparison and the model of the senior’s creativity, we conclude the factors affecting the senior’s
creativity, make out the measures to foster the senior’s creativity and improve the useful model of the
senior’s creativity through the present situation of t
