摘要
随着高等教育改革的不断深入,加强通识教育以培养复合型人才成为当务之急。
通识教育是针对狭窄的专业教育发展起来的一种教育理念和课程实施模式的结合体,在
我国经过十几年的实践,已经取得了一定的成绩,得到越来越多的教育工作者的认同和
关注。课程是实施通识教育的主要途径,但在实施过程中存在不少问题:师生对通识课
程教学认识、重视不够、通识课程教学组织机构、管理体制不健全,设施建设不够完善、
通识课程建设问题、通识课程师资力量薄弱、通识课程的教学形式和方法单一。本文采
用文献分析法、案例研究法和理论研究法,通过对国内高校通识教育课程教学的现状分
析,运用有效教学及教学优化理论的相关原理,结合通识教育课程教学的特点,从高校、
教师、学生三个层面探讨了我国高校通识教育课程教学优化的策略。高校方面:加强对
通识教育的重视,建立通识课程教学指导中心、建立相关制度保障、加大对通识课程教
学的资金支持与管理监督、加强通识课程师资队伍建设与通识课程教学评价机制的完
善。教师方面:精心组织通识课程的教学内容、采用多样化的教学方式、充分利用现代
教育技术手段、提倡研究性教学、强化教学的实践性。学生方面:重视通识课程的学习
和学会学习。

ABSTRACT
With the deepening reform of higher education, strengthening general education to pound
talents es a top priority. General Education is bination of educational philosophy and curriculum
implementation from the development of a narrow professional education, in China after ten years of practice,
which has made some achievements, more and more educators’ recognition and attention. The curriculum is the
main way to implement general education, but there are many problems in the implementation process: teacher
and student understanding of teaching general education courses which paid insufficient attention/ general
courses anizational structure and management system and facilities imperfect/ the problem of
general course construction/ the weakness of general curriculum teachers/ a single form of teaching form and
methods of general courses. This paper will make an exploration into the optimization strategy of teaching
about general education curriculum from three levels which are colleges and universities/ teachers and students,
using Document Analysis and Case Approach and Theory Method, carrying General Education courses on the
teaching of domestic analysis using the effective teaching and teaching the relevant principles of optimization
theory, combining the characteristics of Gene
