河北工业在京津大都市圈中的定位研究

内容摘要

随着经济全球化和区域化的日益深入发展,国家之间的经济竞争在地域上已不仅表
现为单个城市之间的竞争,而更多地表现为以大都市为核心的经济区之间的竞争。与发
达国家相比,我国的大都市圈虽然形成时间比较晚,但成长迅速。其中长江三角洲、珠
江三角洲和京津大都市圈凭借其良好的社会经济基础和区位条件,已发展成为我国最有
影响力的三大都市圈。
近些年来学术界和实际部门对京津冀都市圈经济发展及河北工业与京津工业的协
调、整合发展的研究取得了可喜的进展。但随着全球经济一体化进程的推进和国家区域
发展战略的转变,这种研究不应再只局限于京津冀两市一省,而应逐步扩大到生产要素
互补性更强、发展潜力更大、更能有效促进南北经济协调发展的京津大都市圈的范畴。
如何在产业结构趋同现象突出、地区产业互补性差的京津大都市圈工业现状中准确判断
各省市的工业定位,实现优势互补、联合发展,达到共赢效果,是一个十分重要的理论
和现实问题。
本文在前人研究的基础上,对京津大都市圈的界定、形成和发展做了概述,将京津
大都市圈与上海大都市圈进行了对比分析,在此基础上运用定性分析和定量分析相结
合、静态分析与动态分析相结合的方法在科学建立指标体系的前提下,通过对京津大都
市圈内各省市工业发展现状的评价分析,对河北工业在京津大都市圈中的定位问题进行
了分析,对加快河北工业产业的发展提出了对策和建议,希望可以为河北省工业经济的
可持续发展提供科学依据和决策支持。

ABSTRACT
