铁矿石航运企业基于供应链的竞争力分析
摘要
本文是在世界经济一体化和贸易全球化进程加快,以及我国加入
WTO 融入世界经济体系,市场上竞争主体由企业向供应链转换的背景
下,论述了针对我国近年来铁矿石进口量大幅增长,我国铁矿石航运
企业在面临机遇和挑战并存的情况下,运营模式从期租和程租向供应
链合作转化的趋势中,如何更好地提供物流支持服务,提高企业竞争
力的问题。
本文采用理论分析与实证研究结合的方法,并遵循“提出问题-
分析问题-解决问题”的科学思维结构,既用供应链和竞争力理论首
先来定性的对航运企业现状进行分析,又选取三家航运企业,以所建
立的评估指标体系,进行实证分析,并由此为航运企业在世界经济形
势和客户市场变化的情况下,如何定位自身和发展,提出了建议和导
向。
在对企业竞争力的研究中,许多的做法只注重对企业内部质素的
提高上,这种方法相对于市场上供应链竞争的趋势显得比较片面。因
此,本文对企业竞争力的研究,从企业质素和供应链中协调适应能力
两个方面入手,说明企业内部质素的增强会体现在企业所处供应链地
位的竞争优势上;而企业同供应链上企业的合作、协调和整合的程度,
则是整个供应链在市场上的最终竞争力的基础,并由此构造基于供应
链的企业竞争力新的评估指标体系,通过分析,对航运企业的发展从
企业自身质素和供应链中协调适应能力两个角度的竞争力培养上给予
建议。

COMPETITIVE POWER ANALYSIS OF IRON ORE
SHIPPING ENTERPRISES BASED ON SUPPLY CHAIN
ABSTRACT
With the expediting of world economic integration and trade
globalization and our country entering WTO to inosculate with world
economic system, the main body of marketplace is gradually converted from
enterprise to supply chain. Under such a background, the problem of how to
supply better logistic support service and enhance petitiveness
in view of the fast growth of iron ore import in recent years of our country
and the transformation of operation mode from time charter and voyage
charter to cooperation based on supply chain is analyzed in this paper.
bination of theoretical analysis and demonstration study is
adopted in this paper according to a rational analysis structure of “presenting
problem-analyzing problem-solving problem”. The theories of supply chain
petitive power are first used to quantitively analyze the actuality of
shipping enterprises and three shipping enterprises are then selected to carry
out demonstration analysis by establishing evaluation indictor system.
Moreover, reasonable proposals and instructions are accordingly provided
for the orientation and development of shipping enterprises under the change
of wo
