关联度研究
摘要
国际航运中心和国际金融中心一向是世界经济发展讨论的热点,
对于两者的学术研究文章也层出不穷。然而现有的文章大都是针对某
个单一中心进行研究,探讨两者之间相互关系的文章则少之又少。
本文创新地将国际航运中心与国际金融中心之间的关系作为研
究对象,运用定性分析及定量计算的方法,以期寻求两者之间是否存
在关联,若存在则继续探究其关联程度,为今后两个中心的协调发展
提出意见和建议。
课题研究中,本文先进行定性分析,对比两个中心各自特点及全
球几大航运及金融中心发展现状。对比结果显示,两个中心存在许多
共同点,主要有地域高度集中,产业结构相似,存在国际化总部的经
济效应,对政府的政策、法规具有依赖性等。进一步研究发现,两个
中心不仅自身有着高度的直接联系,同时借助经济和台存在
间接联系。
定量研究方面。本文分别创建了国际航运中心和国际金融中心的
评价指标,运用典型相关模型,以上海为实例进行研究。定量结果显
示,两个中心之间的确存在关联性。进一步计算可知,上海国际金融
中心各评价指标按对国际航运中心发展的相关程度排序,依次为:金

融发展水平、金融和金融市场软环境。上海国际航运中心
各评价指标按对国际金融中心发展的相关程度排序,依次为:集疏运
能力、腹地经济、港口生产技术水平和航运市场软环境。
综上所述,本文根据文章分析结果对建设中的上海国际航运中心
和国际金融中心提出了加强航运与金融的互动,争取实施自由港政
策,完善市场体系,加强从业人员素质培养等建议。

& FINANCE CENTER
ABSTRACT
International shipping center and international finance center are
always two of the world’s hottest economic topics. There have already
been a lot of research papers on those two centers, while most of them
talk about each center separately. It’s rare to find one on research of the
relationship of both centers.
This thesis creatively studies the relationship of both centers in both
qualitative and quantitative way. If the analysis results show both centers
are correlative, further study on to what extent their relation is will be
conducted and development suggestions will also be offered.
In qualitative analysis, this thesis pares the characteristics
of both centers and the development status of current international
shipping centers and international finance centers. The result of such
comparison shows both centers share mon grounds, such as
geographic concentration, similar industrial structure, international HQ
effect, dependence on governmental policy and law, etc.
