浅谈太极拳运动中膝关节损伤的原因及防治
摘要
膝关节是人体下肢支撑身体最重要的关节,太极拳运动虽不是激烈的体育运动项目,但由于练习过程中要求身体放松下沉,下肢松胯屈膝,经常有一腿支撑重心,所以对腿部力量的要求很大,膝关节的正确锻炼及对其的保护则更为重要。本文认为,膝关节损伤在太极拳运动中较常发生,它的损伤与太极拳运动的动作姿势、技术动作、身体素质、训练方式方法以及自我防护意识等因素有密切关系。研究太极拳运动中膝关节损伤的原因及防治可以更好地发挥太极拳的健身作用、防止不必要的膝关节损伤,推动太极拳这一国粹的传承和发扬。

Abstract
Knee leg support to the human body's most important joints, tai chi exercise program, while not violent sport, but the process the requests to relax the body sinking lower limbs loose hips knees, often cheating support center, so leg strength requirements of large knee joint and the correct exercise of its protection is more important.
