摘要
本实验筛选和鉴定出具有较强活性的、对香蕉枯萎病病原菌有一定抑制作用的产几丁质酶的生防菌。从病土中分离得到的菌株92株,通过几丁质培养基的筛选,得到具有产香蕉枯萎病几丁质酶活性的菌株22株。将这22株菌株与香蕉枯萎病病原菌进行拮抗活性测定,通过对峙实验的效果比对和数据分析从中筛选出拮抗效果最强的7株菌株,分别为G-1、G-9、T-6、G-4、T-4、T-9、G-7,对这7株菌株进行测序和Blast比对分析,确定了这7株菌株分别为:Uncultured achromobacter、Achromobacter xylosoxidans、Bacillus amyloliquefaciens、Corynespora cassiicola、Corynespora cassiicola、Corynespora cassiicola和Corynespora cassiicola。

Abstract
The screening and identification of strong activity of Banana Fusarium wilt, pathogen has certain inhibition of Biocontrol Bacterium Producing chitinase. From the diseased soil in the strain was isolated in 92 strains, by chitin medium screening, with production of Banana Fusarium wilt chitinase activity strains from 22strains of. The22 strains of Banana Fusarium wilt pathogens were antagonistic activity determination, confrontation between the experimental parison and analysis of data from the screened antagonistic effect was strongest among7 isolates, respectively, G-1, G-9, T-6, G-4, T-4, T-9, G-7, on which7 strains were sequenced and Blast analysis, determine which of the 7strains were: Uncultured achromobacter,Achromobacter xylosoxidans,Bacillus amyloliquefaciens,Corynespora cassiicola,Corynespora cassiicola,Corynespora cassiicola and Corynespora cassiicola.
