摘要:【目的】研究雪松、女贞两种植物叶片的挥发性有机物对细菌的抑制作用。【方法】提取雪松、女贞两种植物叶片释放的挥发性有机物,用菌落法和滤纸片法研究其对大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌等的抑制作用。【结果】两种植物叶片释放的挥发性有机物对两种细菌都有抑制作用,而且,女贞的抑菌效果明显强于雪松。【结论】雪松、女贞的挥发性有机物抑菌效果明显,在选择城市绿化中,应选择抑菌作用强的树种作为绿化树种。

Study on Antibacterial Effect of pounds extracted from Green Plants

Abstract:[objective]Study the Antibacterial effect of pounds extracted from Cedrus deodara(Roxb.) and Ligusrtum lucidum Ait.[Method]Extract the pounds from leaves of two kinds of plants,Antibucterial effects were researched on Escherichia coil,Latin Name Bacillus subtilis(Ehrenberg) Cohn by using the colony and filter paper-research method.[Results]Two kinds of plants` pounds have obvious inhibition effect to fungns. Ligusrtum lucidum Ait`s antibacterial effect is stronger than Cedrus deodara(Roxb).[Conclusion] Cedrus deodara(Roxb.) and Ligustum lucidum Ait have strong inhibition effect to two kinds of fungns .In the select of urban greening ,we should choose these trees which have the strong
inhibition effect as green trees.
