【摘要】目的:分析我院临床分离到的鲍曼不动杆菌的分布特点及耐药表型的变迁,为指导临床合理应用抗生素提供科学依据。方法:采用法国梅里埃公司的ATB自动鉴定仪进行细菌鉴定,对我院2009-2011年临床分离到的1027株鲍曼不动杆菌进行耐药性分析,。结果:近三年,我院分离到的鲍曼不动杆菌80%以上来自呼吸道标本,主要分布在呼吸内科,重症监护病房及神经外科;目前,对常用抗生素耐药率最低的是头孢哌酮/舒巴坦和对米诺环素,对碳青霉烯类抗生素的耐药性发生迅猛增长。结论:我院临床分离到的鲍曼不动杆菌多为多重耐药甚至泛耐药的菌株,耐药性呈逐年上升趋势,具有医院感染独立危险因素的患者感染率高,区分定植性存在与感染,对临床治疗及合理应用抗生素至关重要。

[Abstract ] Objective To investigate the distribution feature and antibiotic resistance of obacter baumannii isolated during the last 3 years. To provide reference for rational use of antibiotics in the clinic. Methods French bioMerieux ATB automatic analyzer was used to identify the bacterial species . A total of 1027 obacter baumannii strains was isolated and analysised the changes of drug resistance by .Results 2009 - 2011, More than 80% obacter baumannii strains was isolated from respiratory tract specimens and mainly from the respiratory medicine, intensive care unit and neurosurgery.
