摘要

目前企业竞争情报研究已逐渐成为情报学界企业界和咨询界的热点问题
但是反竞争情报作为竞争情报的另一面却没有受到相应的重视为了满足
企业在经营实践中对竞争情报和反竞争情报整合系统的迫切需求帮助我国企
业提高整体情报竞争力增强竞争优势本文对企业竞争情报和反竞争情报的
整合进行了研究本文首先讨论了企业竞争情报和反竞争情报的基本概念分
析了我国图书情报界关于竞争情报和反竞争情报的期刊论文情况介绍比较
了中国美国日本的企业竞争情报活动现状指出了企业竞争情报和反竞争
情报整合的必要性和意义其次本文探索性地对企业竞争情报和反竞争情报
的整合机制进行了研究探讨了企业竞争情报和反竞争情报的关系企业竞争
情报和反竞争情报整合与市场结构竞争情报和反竞争情报整合的原理及其目
标并提出了将二者有机整合的架构和具体整合方法最后文章通过对企业
竞争情报和反竞争情报整合现状的调查分析指出了我国企业竞争情报和反竞
争情报工作中存在的问题提出了企业竞争情报和反竞争情报的若干整合建议
和对策

Study on the Integration petitive Intelligence and
Counterintelligence in Enterprises

Abstract

At present the study petitive intelligence (CI) in enterprises has gradually
e one of the hot topics among the informatics professionals, enterprises and
consulting firms. However, there has been very few research on counterintelligence,
the other side of CI coin. This thesis focuses on the integration of CI and
counterintelligence in enterprises in order to meet the demands of running the
enterprises and help them to build up strength petition .The thesis first
introduces the concepts of CI and counterintelligence, analyzed the data of studies on
CI and counterintelligence from Chinese magazines. After studying on the CI
experiences from USA and Japan and having pared with that of China, the
thesis points out the necessity and significance of the integration of CI and
counterintelligence in Chinese enterprises. Secondly, the author discusses the
mechanism of anic integration of CI and counterintelligence in enterprises,
which includes the relationship, the goal and the elements of the integration and the
different requirements of enterprises for different market structure. Then the author
brings forward the model and means for the integration. Finally, the author carries
out a survey to collect the first-hand information by delivering the questionnair
