基于生命周期理论的长寿企业动态能力研究
摘要

随着全球经济一体化步伐的加快,企业面临的竞争无论从内容、还是形式上来说都越来越
激烈。在竞争之初,许多企业是非常具有竞争优势的,但随着竞争环境的改变,由于原有竞争
优势的刚性,大多数企业很难对自身的经营策略进行有效调整或合理创新,导致企业的优势地
位被后来的新企业所取代,有的甚至退出了历史舞台。相对于那些寿命较短的企业,长寿企业
无疑是市场竞争的胜利者。研究长寿企业在动荡的市场环境中如何获得持续竞争优势,对延长
其他企业寿命、促进企业持续竞争优势的形成,具有重要的指导意义。
本文在现有生命周期划分方法和企业动态能力理论框架的基础上,确定了企业生命周期划
分依据——单一指标: 年主营业务收入平均增长率,并构建了企业生命周期动态能力理论框
架。通过统计家世界强百岁企业年的行为特征与能力均匀性,得出企业动态
能力随企业生命周期阶段变化和企业所属行业变化而变化的一般规律。在此基础上探讨了企业
动态能力的阶段性变迁,并分析了企业长寿的动态能力基因。最后总结了长寿企业动态能力的
培育方法,以蒙牛乳业集团股份有限公司为例,分析了该公司动态能力的培育方案。

Abstract

With the accelerating pace of global economic integration, petition enterprises faced are
increasingly fierce not only in terms of content but also forms. At the beginning of petition,
many enterprises are petitive, but with the petitive environment and the
rigidity of the petitive advantages, most enterprises are difficult to make effective
adjustment or reasonable innovation for business strategy a result, many leading
enterprises lost their dominant positions replaced by the new enterprise and some even quit the stage
of history. Relative to those shortlived business, longevity is undoubtedly the winner. So research on
how to obtain petitive advantages for longevity enterprises in the volatile market
environment is an important guidance to extend the life of other enterprises and promote the
formation of petitive advantage. Based on the existing life cycle method and dynamic
capability theory, this thesis defines the basis for the enterprise life cycle division as a single indicator,
and that is the five-year average growth rate of the main business e. Also, the thesis constructs
dynamic capacity theoretical framework in the enterprise life cycle.
