新疆农村全面建设小康社会中的农村职业教育问题研究
摘要
在全面建设小康社会的道路上全民族的科学文化素质和人民受教育水平是重要的
目标,也是全面建设小康社会的基础和必然要求,把教育与人才作为增强综合国力和国
际竞争力的决定性因素,作为实现人的全面发展目标的根本途径,是对在新的历史条件
下实施科教兴国和可持续发展的战略思考。农村职业教育作为国民教育的重要组成部
分,是与经济发展结合最紧密的教育。全面建设小康社会需要教育,更需要农村职业教
育,即把农村职业教育放在全面建设小康社会的全局之中,确立了农村职业教育在经济
发展、社会进步以及实现农村人力资源优化和升级中的重要作用,为农村职业教育今后
的改革和发展指明了方向。
“新疆农村全面建设小康社会中的农村职业教育问题研究”是对新疆农村职业教育
进行分析研究。整个研究分为五大部分:第一部分是导言,阐述了课题研究的背景、目的、
意义、研究的内容、思路、方法与创新点;第二部分是农村职业教育的理论研究;第三部
分是农村职业教育现状评析;第四部分是对策;第五部分是结论与不足之处。

Abstract
China is the world's most populous developing country, one of which rural population
accounts for the largest proportion of the total population. Comprehensively building a
moderatelyprosperous society on the road the whole nation's scientific and cultural qualities
and people's educational level is an important goal as well as the basis for building a
moderately prosperous society and the inevitable demands of education and talent as an
enhanced overall national strength and petitiveness of the decisive factors ,
as the goal of achieving prehensive development of the fundamental way is a new
historical conditions, the implementation of scientific education and sustainable development
of strategic thinking. Rural vocational education as an ponent of national
education is the most closely integrated with economic development education.
Comprehensively building a moderately prosperous society needs education, more is required
of rural vocational education, that is, to rural vocational education in building a moderately
prosperous society in the overall situation among the established rural vocational education in
economic development, social progress and the achievement of rura
