摘要
网络技术的发展和普及,为新疆高校思想政治教育工作拓展了新渠道,增加了新
手段。丰富的网上思想政治教育资源,使思想政治教育活动更加生动活泼。网络的发展
为高校思想政治工作带来新机遇,也为新疆高校从事网络思想政治教育工作者提供了契
机,新疆高校加强网络思想政治教育师资建设与管理其意义体现在:是新疆高校思想政
治教育工作者应对信息时代思想政治工作的需要;是新形势下提高新疆高校网络思想政
治教育师资水平的迫切需要;是新疆高校培养社会主义合格建设者和接班人的需要。
新疆一些高校纷纷组建了政治辅导员等为主体,哲学和社会科学教师、班主任为辅
的网络思想政治教育师资队伍,并对这支队伍不断进行充实和提高,以期充分利用信息
网络技术优势,努力探索出一套行之有效的大学生思想政治教育的方式、方法、手段和
机制,不断提高网络思想政治教育的吸引力、感召力和渗透力,提高思想政治教育实效
性,扩大覆盖面,增强影响力。[1]
本文以新疆高校网络思想政治教育师资建设与管理为研究对象,旨在综合运用管理
学、人力资源管理学、思想政治教育学、传播学等理论和方法,从目前新疆高校网络思
想政治教育师资建设与管理的现状入手,在对新疆高校现有网络思想政治教育师资队伍
进行问卷调查研究的基础上,分析新疆高校网络思想政治教育师资建设与管理存在的问
题,探讨适合新疆高校网络思想政治教育师资建设与管理的对策,提出符合新疆高校网
络思想政治师资建设与管理的思路、主要措施,为新疆高校网络思想政治教育工作提供
借鉴和参考。

The development and management analysis of teaching resources
for university online moral education in Xinjiang

Abstract

With the development and widespread of technology, moral education of
universities in Xinjiang has explored new ways for improvement. The abundant resources of
moral education online have made the teaching form more lively. And the development of
has not only brought chances for universities, but also provided opportunities for
teachers who are specialized in this field. The purpose of this analysis can be viewed as the
basic requirements of coping with the information era, developing the qualities of faculties
and nurturing qualified students for socialism.
Some universities in Xinjiang have already established online moral education teams.
Theses teams include official staffs, head masters and teachers from college of philosophy and
social science. By making the best use of the , these teams are trying to search for
efficient ways to improve morality of university students, to make online moral education
more interesting and to expand the influences and efficiency of it.
