高科技企业员工激励策略研究
摘要
在知识经济时代,随着竞争的加剧,高科技企业面临着巨大的机遇和挑战。然而高科技企业想获得长久的发展,就必须建立自己的有效激励机制,这不仅是企业面对市场竞争加剧和经济体制改革现状下的中心环节之一,也是企业日常工作的任务之一,更是吸引人才、留住人才的迫切需要。激励机制运用的好坏在一定程度上是决定企业兴衰的一个重要因素。如何激励自身员工,以获取竞争优势,是当前高科技企业普遍面临的问题。
本文从分析高科技企业员工的心理特征与需求入手,以系统地视角出发,以理论为指导,采用理论研究与实证研究相结合的方法进行研究,实际采用文献研究法、案例分析法、模型分析法比较全面地探讨高科技企业员工的激励策略并阐述了高科技企业员工的各种激励策略,并运用案例分析对高科技企业如何激励其员工进行了初步的探讨。

Abstract
in the era of knowledge economy, petition intensifies, high-tech enterprises are faced with great opportunities and challenges. But to get long beard high-tech enterprise, it must establish oneself develop effective incentive mechanism, it is not only the enterprise facing the petition and the reform of economic system under the situation of the central link, and also one of the tasks of enterprise daily work, especially to attract talents and retain talents of urgent need. Use of incentive mechanism in a certain extent, the prosperity of the enterprise is an important factor. How to motivate their employees to petitive advantage is the universal facing the problem of high-tech enterprises.
Based on the analysis of the psychological characteristics of high-tech enterprise employees, and demand to systematically Angle, theory as the guide, the theoretical research and empirical research method bining the actual using literature study, research, case analysis and model analysis is prehensively high-tech enterprise employees incentive strategy and expounds the high-tech enterprise employees incentive strategy, and using the case analysis of high-tech enterprise how to motivate employees are primarily discussed.
