摘要:针对绿色工艺在实际应用中的不足,本文提出了基于产品工艺特征局部优化的绿色工
艺优化方法,以及特定产品范围的绿色工艺数据库的构建。围绕产品工艺特征及其工艺方案
构建绿色工艺数据库,以支撑工艺路线优化;通过列昂波特相互作用矩阵模型评价、分析产
品初始工艺路线集,确定待优化工艺路线及其“问题”工序,并建立局部工艺要素优化模型,
对其进行基于工艺特征的工序局部优化,最终在优化后的工艺路线集中决策选择出最优的绿
色工艺路线。并通过实例验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。

Research on Green Process Optimization Method based on
Local Optimization of Process Feature

Abstract: Aiming at the deficiencies of green process in the practical application, this paper proposed
the optimization method of green process routings based on local optimization of process feature and
the conception of establishing the green process database for specific product range. For a range of
products, the process characteristics and process schemes were focused to build a green process
database to support the process route optimization. Then with Leonid Potter interaction matrix model,
evaluating and analyzing every process routing in the original set,furthermore the one to be optimized
and the processes with "problem" were located .Later an optimization model of local process elements
was established to conduct the local optimization of the “problem” processes based on the
characteristics. Ultimately the optimal green process route appeared from the set of the optimized
process routings. By an example, feasiblity and efficiency of the method were verified.

0 引言
面向制造过程的绿色工艺优化是绿色制造的关键环节,旨在通过对工艺要素、工艺过程
和工艺方案等进行优化决策和规划,从而改善加工过程及其各个环节的绿色性[1-3]。目前,
国内外开展了大量绿色工艺优化方面的研究,包括绿色工艺优化策略,绿色工艺数据库,工
艺绿色性评价,工艺方案决策、优化[4-7]。以上这些研究在绿色工艺的基本框架、理论模型
等基础理论方面取得了大量研究成果,但上述研究成果在企业实际应用中会存在以下困难和
不足:①绿色工艺研究离不开绿色工艺数据标准的支持,而目前缺乏可
