摘要:目的研究人核心蛋白聚糖(DCN)基因导入对自发性高血压大鼠(spontaneously
hypertensive rats, SHR)肾脏纤维化的逆转作用。方法 16 周龄雄性 SHR 经尾静脉注入重组腺
相关病毒(binant adeno-associated virus, rAAV)介导的人 DCN 病毒。16 周后处死动物测
定人 DCN 基因在各脏器中的表达及肾脏纤维化程度。结果经尾静脉注入重组腺相关病毒
介导的人 DCN 基因后,高血压大鼠的肾脏纤维化程度较对照组明显改善。结论人 DCN 基
因的导入可预防和逆转高血压所致的肾脏纤维化,为临床应用 DCN 基因治疗合并有肾脏损
伤的高血压提供了可能性。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the reversal effects of DCN gene on SHR’s renal fibrosis.
